Hence, we are offering this Human Touch program which allows our clients to hire permanent employees quickly and efficiently without the delay of common hiring roadblocks, at a cost equal or less than a contract-to-hire scenario.

Our Process

We find you talented candidates based on what you’re looking for. As you interview and select your future employee, this program ensures that your company’s contractual obligations are met in tandem with our recruitment process, so that by the time your new hire begins their employment, all your terms have been met.

Our Cost

Our recruitment fee will be broken up into anywhere from three to six equal payments. First payment is due on the date of hire, and the remainder of the fee is billed every 30 days until the balance is settled. If the employee is terminated or quits, payment ceases and are prorated to the last worked day.
